The beta r10 Gnome image for Beagleboard and Overo is available in the Downloads section.  The r10 image provides Gnome version 2.28.0 and Linux version 2.6.31

In addition to bug fixes, the r10 release adds a GUI ftp client, native development tools with IDE, and the Firefox web browser with youtube video support.

While there are still rough spots, the release is quite usable.

The image includes:

• Basic system preferences and configuration applets
• Web browser, email, chat, and ftp applications
• Word processor, spreadsheet, graphics, photo, and PDF viewing applications
• Media player with DVD playback
• Gnome games
• Native development tools and IDE
• Calculator applet
